• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Experience with automated loading/unloading systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing of semiconductor equipment.
• Install, commission, accept, and train on new machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on complex systems.
• Document service work and maintain detailed records.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Advanced Global Alliance Sdn. Bhd. based in Melaka. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our clients. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous functionality of our systems.

What you'll be doing

• Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing of semiconductor equipment.
• Performing new machine installation, commissioning, acceptace and training.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with complex systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Documenting work performed and maintaining detailed records of service activities.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers, both on-site and remotely.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Maintaining and foster good relationships with customers.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/ Certificate in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with automated loading and unloading systems would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work day & night shift.
• Available to join immediately will have an added advantage
• To be based in Melaka.
