Job summary

Ridge Biomed Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Coordinator in Cyberjaya to support the daily operations of the Service & Technical Team, coordinate testing, installation and service activities, and act as the primary link between Sales, Service Engineers and customers.

The role involves indoor service support and handling technical enquiries, while ensuring documentation and warranties are accurately maintained.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related engineering field (Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in service coordination or administration have an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication with internal teams and external customers; proficient with documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Service & Technical Team.
• Plan, schedule, and follow up on Testing & Commissioning, installation, and service activities with Sales and Service teams.
• Coordinate between Sales, Service Engineers/Technicians, Operations and customers for service matters.
• Provide indoor service support including basic system setup, software support, and handling of enquiries.
• Prepare service-related quotations and maintain service records and warranties.

Job description

To support the daily operations of the Service & Technical Team.

To plan, schedule, and follow up on Testing & Commissioning (T&C), installation, and service activities in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.

To serve as the primary coordination point between Sales, Service Engineers/Technicians, Operations, and customers for service-related matters.

To provide indoor service support, including basic system setup, software support, and handling of technical enquiries.

To prepare service-related quotations based on incoming service and technical enquiries.

To prepare, manage, and maintain service-related documentation, including service records, warranty certificates, and technical documents.

To ensure all service records and documentation are accurately maintained in accordance with company systems and procedures.

To support coordination with relevant internal teams when required.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related engineering field (Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or equivalent).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant experience in service coordination, technical support, or service administration will have an added advantage.

Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Computer literate with basic knowledge of documentation systems and technical coordination workflows.

Possesses good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
