Job summary

Ridge Biomed Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service & Technical Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Service & Technical Team in Malaysia. You will plan Testing & Commissioning, installation, and service activities in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.

You will act as the main coordination point between Sales, Service Engineers, Operations, and customers for service-related matters, providing indoor service support and handling technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field (Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical).
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in service coordination or technical support is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• To support the daily operations of the Service & Technical Team.
• To plan, schedule, and follow up on Testing & Commissioning (T&C), installation, and service activities in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.
• To serve as the primary coordination point between Sales, Service Engineers/Technicians, Operations, and customers for service-related matters.
• To provide indoor service support, including basic system setup, software support, and handling of technical enquiries.
• To prepare service-related quotations based on incoming service and technical enquiries.
• To prepare, manage, and maintain service-related documentation, including service records, warranty certificates, and technical documents.
• To ensure all service records and documentation are accurately maintained in accordance with company systems and procedures.
• To support coordination with relevant internal teams when required.

Education

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant experience in service coordination, technical support, or service administration will have an added advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of documentation systems and technical coordination workflows.
• Possesses good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
