Job summary

EVO WheelStech Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Service Advisor to handle customer inquiries, book service appointments, and inform customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup.

You will explain repairs and maintenance packages, prepare service orders, and work closely with technicians to track progress, ensuring timely completion. Strong communication and a valid driving license are required; immediate start is a plus.

Qualifications

• Flexible service advisor with customer-centric mindset.
• Experience interacting with customers and explaining repairs.
• Must hold relevant automotive qualification.
• Minimum 1 year as Service Advisor.
• Able to start immediately is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule service appointments.

Job description

- Perform customer service duties i.e. answering the phone, scheduling service appointment and calling customers to inform them their vehicles are ready to pick up, explaining repairs to customers, advice customer on the maintenance packages and estimated price and etc.

- Promote products and services confidently.

- Writing service orders and description of problems and repairs.

- Work closely with Technician to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.

- Test drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.

- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration work.

- Any additional job assigned by superior.

- To execute cross selling of group products especially on petroleum products and services.

Requirements:

- Confident and professional communication skills.

- Technical knowledge in mechanical and engineering.

- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.

- Strong teamwork skills.

- Full driving license.

Additional requirement:

- Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive).

- Possess at least 1 year of working experience as Service Advisor in automotive shop.

- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
