Job summary

HINO Q AUTO SDN. BHD. is seeking a Service Adviser to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow in our Johor-based service centre.

You will attend to customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and recommend suitable repair or maintenance services, while preparing clear quotations. You will coordinate with mechanics, monitor repair progress, conduct basic inspections, and communicate any technical issues to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

• Prepare quotations and explain repair costs and service recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with mechanics and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspection and communicate technical issues to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status, additional services and vehicle collection.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Monitor service quality and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
• Assist in supervising workshop staff and coordinating daily tasks.
• Support sales activities, service packages and upselling when required.

Working time: 9am to 6pm ( with a day off per week)

Job responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Attend to customers, understand their vehicle concerns and recommend suitable repair or maintenance services.

Prepare quotations and explain repair costs and service recommendations to customers.

Coordinate with mechanics and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs.

Conduct basic vehicle inspection and communicate technical issues to customers.

Follow up with customers regarding repair status, additional services and vehicle collection.

Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.

Monitor service quality and ensure work is completed according to company standards.

Assist in supervising workshop staff and coordinating daily tasks.

Support sales activities, service packages and upselling when required.

Handle other duties related to workshop operations as assigned）

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
