You will be the key point of contact between our valued clients and our technical team, ensuring that every service experience exceeds expectations and builds lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle servicing and repair requirements.
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance, repairs, and available services.
• Prepare service quotations, job orders, and invoices.
• Explain repair procedures, estimated costs, and service completion timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to monitor repair progress.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
• Follow up with customers regarding completed services and additional repair recommendations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure accurate customer information and vehicle service records are maintained.
• Coordinate vehicle collection and delivery arrangements when required.
• Promote relevant services and maintenance packages to customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the servicing process.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is preferred.
