Job summary

Hasfas Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking a service coordinator to contact customers, remind them of interval services, and assist in setting appointments. You will work closely with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain strong customer relationships.

They emphasise a fast-paced, creative & nice working environment with great career exposure and learning opportunities. Candidates should be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, hold a valid driving license, and be ready for ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Good time management and ability to handle ad-hoc tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good working attitude and learning ability.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• To contact and remind customers on their interval services.

• To update service reports.
• To create invoices and receive payments.
