Job description

Operation hours:
9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday)
9 am to 1 pm (Saturday)

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs while promoting additional services such as Body & Paint, Coating Detailing, PPF & Wrapping, Car Accessories, and more—ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Greet customers, assess their service needs, prepare accurate cost estimates, and actively recommend suitable services or maintenance packages.

Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently with mechanics, technicians, and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

Accurately document service details, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and follow up on pending services or unresolved issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Supervise the quality of completed work, conduct final vehicle inspections, and manage proper handover to customers.

Perform daily opening and closing tasks, including answering phone calls, handling walk-in customers, and processing payments.

Support overall branch operations by performing ad hoc duties and assisting other departments when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.

A Diploma or Degree in Automotive or a related field is an advantage.

2-5 years in automotive service (dealership, garage, or service centre).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems.

Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Sales and attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
