Job summary

Fook Loi Corporation Sdn Bhd in Inanam Sabah is seeking a Service Advisor to be a key part of our Automotive Trades team. You will greet customers, understand vehicle needs, liaise with technicians, and schedule service appointments.

You will maintain records, update job cards, and support parts and inventory management, while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and team members.
• Good technical understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

About the role

As a Service Advisor at Fook Loi Corporation Sdn Bhd, you will be a crucial part of our Automotive Trades team, based in Inanam Sabah. This full-time role is responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our vehicle repair and maintenance operations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns
