Job summary
Hasfas Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking a service coordinator to contact customers, remind them of interval services, and assist in setting appointments. You will work closely with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Good time management and ability to handle ad-hoc tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good working attitude and learning ability.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- To contact and remind customers on their interval services.
- To assist customers in setting appointments.
- To advise and explain to customers what should be done to their vehicle.
- To work closely with Technicians ensuring smooth daily operation.
- Arrangement of service and repair works for technicians.
- To update service reports.
- To create invoices and receive payments.
- To maintain good rapport with customers ensuring good brand image.
- Ad hoc tasks (if needed).
