Job summary

Kah Motor Company Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership in Malaysia. You will attend daily service needs, manage appointments, and promote service and parts sales while delivering courteous, proactive customer service.

The role requires strong English communication, computer skills, and a drive to upsell services. You’ll work closely with technicians to monitor progress and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive dealership.
• Strong communication skills and good command of speaking English.
• Computer savvy and proficient with basic software.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers’ daily service needs and follow procedures.
• Register and manage service appointment bookings.

• Coordinate with job controllers/foremen/technicians on work progress and inform customers of delays.
• Address customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
