SAKSAMA OTOMOBIL SDN BHD is looking for a customer service-oriented automotive service assistant to support customers through vehicle servicing and repair journeys. You will understand customer needs, provide service recommendations, and coordinate with technicians to ensure a smooth and timely experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, preparing service orders, explaining costs, and following up on service progress while aiming to meet sales and service targets.
