PITSTOP autocare services is seeking a customer-focused service professional to manage the front counter and guide customers through repairs and servicing. You will be the key link between customers, mechanics and technicians to ensure clear communication and a smooth vehicle handover.

You will greet customers, record complaints, explain repairs and costs, obtain approvals, update progress, coordinate with the workshop, handle invoicing, and remind customers for future services.

Formación

• Experience in an automotive workshop or service centre is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to use computers and basic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle complaints and service requirements.
• Create job cards recording customer complaints, requested repairs and vehicle condition.
• Explain required repairs, estimated costs and expected completion times.
• Obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional repairs.
• Update customers on repair progress via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians on job priorities and delivery times.
• Handle warranty and insurance claims where applicable.
• Prepare invoices and quotations, and ensure payment is completed before vehicle release.
• Follow up with customers after servicing and remind them about their next service.
• Manage the front counter and respond to phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
