Responsibilities include serving and retaining customers, ensuring promised delivery, and achieving KPI targets, while adhering to SOPs such as the 7-step service process and executing directives from superiors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in automotive or equivalent required.
• Valid driving license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills helpful for customer interaction.

What you'll be doing

To be responsible for serving, managing and retaining customer.

To ensure all customer cases are attended and delivered as promised.

To ensure monthly KPI, Service and Customer Satisfaction Index target are achieved.

Minimum Diploma in automotive or equivalent with 2 years working experience.
