About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Ucsi Auto Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Taman Connaught, Kuala Lumpur. As a Service Advisor, you will be the critical link between our customers and our service department, ensuring that every vehicle receives the attention it deserves whilst providing an exceptional customer experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships that drive the success of our automotive service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, understanding their service requirements and vehicle concerns
• Inspect vehicles and accurately document service history, defects and customer requests
• Provide professional advice regarding maintenance schedules, repairs and vehicle care
• Prepare accurate work orders and service estimates for customer approval
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work

• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Certification or qualification in automotive service or customer service is preferred
