Job summary

AUTOFIN ASSOCIATES (JOHORE) SDN. BHD. is seeking a service adviser to assist customers with vehicle repairs, explain technical issues in simple terms, and provide cost estimates and repair timelines.

The role involves promptly addressing concerns, suggesting additional services, and coordinating service scheduling with customers. Ideal candidates have customer service experience and can communicate effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance, ensuring a positive service experience

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on repairs and keep customers updated.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in simple terms
• Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
• Address customer concerns and issues promptly
• Offer advice on additional services based on the customer's needs and vehicle condition
• Liaise with customers to schedule service appointments and check-ups
• Contact customers to update them on the status of their vehicle repairs, resolve customer complaints after repair services are offered
