Qualifications

• Expert-level VMware, including vSphere/ESXi/vCenter administration.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with NetApp Storage, OpenShift, Linux, Windows Server.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving high priority incidents (P1/P2) with RCA.
• Monitor SLAs and manage escalation.
• Analyse performance data and support capacity planning.
• Collaborate with L3 teams for critical issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripts.
• Support DR activities and backup validation.
• Maintain SOPs and runbooks.
