Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks and monitoring of Windows/Linux production servers and VMware infrastructure.
• Assist testing and deployment of security patches within 48-hour SLA.
• Support DR servers and hybrid cloud environments (Azure / Huawei / Alibaba Cloud).
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support for server, storage, and infra incidents.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and incident resolutions within set timelines.
