Job summary

Boston Scientific Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards leader to plan, research, develop and implement compensation and benefit policies and programs to support the attainment of business objectives.

The role requires evaluating programs, performing market data analysis, advising HR, and managing Total Rewards initiatives while ensuring compliance with APAC regulatory requirements. Strong Excel/PowerPoint and SAP SuccessFactors experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 8–10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience in an MNC.
• Strong expertise in compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, annual compensation cycles, and benefits management.
• Experience supporting both manufacturing plant and commercial business populations.
• Understanding of Total Rewards principles, market practices, and APAC regulatory requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, develop and implement compensation and benefit policies and programs to support business objectives.
• Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends; vendor management for benchmarking.
• Use job evaluation to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis for compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity).
• Advise, educate and coach HR and management on compensation and benefits programs and systems.
• Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
• Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits and recommend actions.
• Respond to and resolve escalated compensation and benefits issues.
• May be responsible for health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation and benefits, base pay and incentive plan administration.
