Job summary

Trane Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a Rewards Manager to lead Total Rewards solutions, focusing on compensation, benefits, and program delivery for APAC. You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive benchmarking, equity initiatives, and regional policies, ensuring governance and market competitiveness.

The role requires 8–10 years in compensation and benefits within a multinational, strong analytical skills, effective communication, and proven Workday HRIS experience.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of in-depth experience in Compensation & Benefits in an MNC.
• Preferred experience in North and Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefits practices and labor laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Sharp attention to detail with strong administrative capabilities.
• Process-oriented, results-driven and adaptable to business needs.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS with Workday system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR management to deliver Total Rewards solutions.
• Lead sales and local incentive reviews with advisory support and effectiveness studies.
• Ensure job architecture and evaluation align with policies.
• Manage off-cycle compensation reviews to control spend.
• Develop Total Rewards programs that support growth and EVP.
• Enhance Total Rewards knowledge within HR teams and leaders.
• Oversee benefits programs balancing competitiveness and retention.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and governance.
• Contribute to regional Total Rewards initiatives like benchmarking and equity programs.
• Deliver global Total Rewards projects for AP region, including Workday implementation.
