Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10–12 years of payroll experience, including leadership in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations, governance, and compliance across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals and, where applicable, first-line managers.
• Translate payroll objectives into team plans, priorities, and performance goals.
• Ensure accurate, timely, compliant payroll delivery across APAC countries.
• Monitor performance, controls, and payroll metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Provide operational oversight and resolve complex payroll, compliance, and vendor issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, external providers, and Payroll GPO to strengthen governance.
