Job summary

Trane Supply in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Rewards Manager to lead Total Rewards across the APAC region, delivering compensation and benefits consulting to HRBPs and business leaders. You will partner with management to design salary structures and incentives while ensuring policy-compliant architecture and governance.

The role requires 8–10 years in Compensation & Benefits in an MNC, strong regional knowledge, and excellent analytical, presentation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regional compensation & benefits practices, labor laws and market trends.

## What’s in it for youAs one of the key players in APAC Total Rewards team, the Rewards Manager is responsible for delivering high quality Total Rewards solutions and professional compensation and benefits consultation to our HRBPs and business management to support achieving business goals.****What you will do***** Partner with business and HR management, deliver Total Rewards solutions to support business objectives.* Lead the sales and local incentive review process by providing advisory support and conducting effectiveness studies.* Ensure job architecture and evaluation processes comply with company policies and principles.* Manage the off-cycle compensation review process to ensure effective spending.* Develop and deliver Total Rewards solutions that support business growth and enhance the employee value proposition.* Improve the Total Rewards knowledge and capabilities of HR teams and people leaders to make informed compensation decisions.* Oversee benefits programs to ensure a good balance of market competitiveness, talent attraction and retention, and company impact.* Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and governance.* As a key member of the AP Total Rewards team, contribute to regional Total Rewards initiatives, including but not limited to:* Annual compensation benchmarking and salary structure review* Year-end compensation planning process* AIM and Equity program deployment in the region* Regional policies and process development and implementation* Deliver assigned global Total Rewards projects on behalf of the AP region, including Workday implementation and change management, pay transparency projects, etc.****What you will bring***** 8-10 years of in-depth experience in Compensation & Benefits function in a multinational corporation (MNC), with preferred experience in North and Southeast Asia.* Familiarity with corporate working environments and a strong understanding of business operations.* Strong knowledge of regional compensation and benefits practices, labor laws, and market trends.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.* Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail.* Efficient and results-driven.* Process-oriented with the flexibility to accommodate business needs.* Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.* Proficiency in HRIS, mastery of the Workday system is preferred* Mature, persistent, and a team player.
