Job summary

Trane Technologies in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Rewards Manager to lead Total Rewards for the APAC region. You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver compelling compensation and benefits programs, ensuring policy compliance and effective budgeting.

In this role you will drive incentive reviews, shape job architecture, and deploy Workday-based projects to support growth and employee value proposition across APAC.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of compensation & benefits experience in an MNC.
• Experience in North and Southeast Asia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regional compensation, benefits and labor laws.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR management to deliver Total Rewards solutions.
• Lead the local incentive review process with advisory support.
• Ensure job architecture and evaluation comply with policies.
• Manage off-cycle compensation reviews for effective spending.
• Develop Total Rewards solutions to support growth and EVP.
• Improve Total Rewards knowledge across HR teams and leaders.
• Oversee benefits programs balancing competitiveness and retention.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance.
• Contribute to regional Total Rewards initiatives in APAC.
• Deliver global Total Rewards projects for AP region (Workday, etc.).
