Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia is seeking a recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting for experienced hybrid day shift roles, sourcing, screening, evaluating and closing candidates while delivering a consistent high-quality experience across all touchpoints for internal and external talent.

You will also drive strategic workforce planning by partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to forecast talent needs and build role-specific hiring plans to align recruitment outcomes with organizational goals.
