Job summary

Capco Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment across Capco's Malaysia consulting business and support regional hiring as needed. You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, proactively source passive candidates, screen and assess for fit, manage offers and onboarding, and help shape our regional talent strategy in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in in-house TA, RPO/MSP or agency.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong hands-on sourcing, including passive talent.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, consulting, technology, or professional services is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, from requirement intake to onboarding.
• Build targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
• Develop understanding of Capco's business and talent needs to improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insights.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess experience, motivation and cultural fit.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment journey with a high-quality experience.
• Coordinate with interviewers to maintain momentum and progress candidates.
• Manage offers and closing, including compensation discussions and joining risks.
• Collaborate with HR Ops to support a smooth offer-to-onboarding journey.
• Maintain recruitment data and provide pipeline and hiring insights.
• Contribute to referrals, talent mapping and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Asia TA on regional priorities.
