Responsibilities

• Partner with Team Leader to source talent via professional networks, referrals, social media, and job boards.
• Screen applications, review resumes, coordinate assessments, and conduct reference/background checks.
• Track candidate interactions in internal systems to ensure transparency and consistency.
• continuously optimize talent acquisition processes to improve speed and quality of hires.
• Build and maintain talent pools for specific roles and locations to ensure a ready pipeline.
