Job summary

TDCX is seeking a driven Recruiter in Malaysia to manage full-cycle recruitment for various brands across industries. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen and interview, and drive timely headcount delivery in a dynamic BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment and selection; fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to source, screen, recruit and build strong relationships with candidates.
• Strong communication skills in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and timelines.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to presenting candidates and closing roles.
• Drive recruitment marketing activities such as talks and job fairs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain administrative tasks.
• Ensure alignment with budget and company policies in hiring decisions.
