Job summary

HCLTech in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across business units, focusing on attracting top technology talent in a competitive market.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source, screen, and assess candidates for Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, ERP, and Digital Technologies, and manage interview processes, feedback, and offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT recruitment.
• Experience in IT services, consulting, or multinational organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, ERP, and Digital Technologies.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking channels to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure timely closures, and meet hiring targets.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring trend insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies while supporting employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
