Job summary

Cielo Senior Recruiter role across APAC markets, based in Malaysia, with a hybrid work setup. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets and partner with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely communication while delivering hiring outcomes within service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with end-to-end hiring ability.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong direct sourcing capability to identify and engage candidates proactively.
• Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam).
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand needs, workforce plans, and timelines.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing of passive candidates.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and build strong pipelines.
• Coordinate and manage the full interview process.
