Job summary

EPE Packaging in Port Klang is seeking a Logistics/Operations Officer to manage domestic export logistics, stock of raw materials and finished goods, and related documentation. You will liaise with customers, freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure smooth shipments and accurate records.

The role covers daily operations, data updates, and handling delivery documents, with a focus on cost, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating domestic export logistics or warehouse operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle shipping documentation.
• Strong communication with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic export logistics: quotations, liaising with customers, freight forwarders and shipping agents.
• Improve and upgrade delivery and storage processes.
• Manage stock inventory of raw materials and finish goods.
• Handle daily operations issues and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and delivery processes per approved methods and cost/quality requirements.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, invoices and related documents.
• Update data in systems and maintain manual records.
• Monitor attendance and OT for drivers and storekeepers.

1. Ensure smooth transportation processes required in handling domestic export sales including quotations, liaising with customers, freight forwarders and shipping agents for shipment of goods and ensuring all related documentation are in order.

2. Resolve, improve and upgrade any areas or problems in respective delivery and storage process.

3. Manage the stock inventory of raw materials and finish goods.

4. Attend to daily operations issues.

5. Manage the receiving, supplying, delivery and storage processes for raw materials and finish goods, in accordance with the works order, specification and approved methods that meet applicable cost, quality, environmental, safety, legal and others requirement.

6. To issue related document needed for each delivery (Delivery Order, Invoice, etc).

7. Handling incoming and outgoing goods.

9. To undertake any other assignment as given by the immediate superior and management.

10. Accurately update and maintain data into the system and manual records.

11. Monitoring & Update daily Attendance & OT record of Driver, Leader & Storekeeper at One Drive Share file.

12. Update Internal transportation Allowance record at One Drive Share File.

13. Prepare MR, Stock transfer, Stock issue, Stock Received.

14. Monitoring Forklift Daily check sheet & Service.

15. Arrangement & prepare DO & Invoice collection scrap.
