Job summary

ETAC Marketing, Malaysia, is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage daily store/warehouse operations and support delivery coordination. You will drive a 2.5-ton lorry for goods transport, oversee incoming quality checks, and organize stock for efficient retrieval.

You will maintain stock records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Delivery teams to ensure accurate stock availability and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock handling.
• Ability to drive and operate a 2.5-ton lorry.
• Quality control of goods on arrival and during processing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Delivery teams regarding stock availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store/warehouse operations.
• Able to drive and operate a 2.5-ton lorry for delivery, collection and transportation of company goods by back up basis.
• Responsible for incoming quality control of goods according to quantity, item and condition.
• Arrange and organise stock properly for easy identification and retrieval.
• Update and maintain stock cards for all stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock checking and stock count to ensure physical stock matches stock records.
• Prepare and arrange goods according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Check goods before loading and ensure proper handling during transportation.
• Report any damaged, missing or incorrect goods to management.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Delivery teams regarding stock availability and movement.
• Prepare and check DO, stock records and other warehouse documents when required.
• Supervise and assign daily tasks to store/warehouse workers.
• Ensure all goods received and released are properly recorded.
• Assist with stock audits, stock reconciliation and yearly stock taking.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.
• Follow company SOP, safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Perform any other duties related to store/warehouse operations as assigned by management.
