Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of steam systems, utility systems, process plants, valves, instrumentation, automation, and related industrial applications.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a related industrial or engineering field.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willing to travel and work outstation periodically.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned industry sector and territory.
• Develop, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, follow up on enquiries, promote TLV products and solutions, and secure customer orders.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections, and provide technical findings, recommendations, and solutions.
• Prepare and maintain customer visit reports, sales activity updates, and visit planning schedules.
• Perform basic product sizing, selection, and technical recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with CCC team on quotations, order processing, and delivery matters.
• Coordinate with the CES team on service-related cases, troubleshooting, and customer support activities.
• Assist in payment collection activities, particularly for urgent or overdue accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
