Job summary

Customcraft (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales professional to drive Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter sales and related products in Malaysia. You will identify prospects, prepare proposals and presentations, and follow up with customers on issues from workshops to sites.

The role requires a diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical or industrial engineering and 2–3 years in industrial equipment sales, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Travel to sites and projects is expected.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
2–3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or related industries.
Experience in technical sales, tender submission and project coordination is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to prepare quotations, proposals and technical documentation independently.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter sales and related products.
Develop market for Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter.
Follow up with customers on complaints related to Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter.
