Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO in Malaysia is seeking a technical sales specialist to expand key accounts and tailor product solutions for customers in MNC/SME sectors.

You will manage sales pipelines, engage engineering teams, and coordinate with marketing to convert leads while maintaining CRM records and traveling as required.

Preferred candidates hold an engineering degree, have at least 3 years in technical sales, and can travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in a technical sales environment.
• Basic knowledge on Control Instrumentation System (sensors, transmitters).
• Self-starter with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Increase qualified customer database for targeted segments.
• Follow up on sales leads with fast response.
• Provide sound consultation on MT's product solution and application.
• Secure new customers in MT markets by identifying needs.
• Expand market awareness and manage customer relationships.
• Manage existing accounts and update sales pipelines.
• Support campaigns and leads generation with marketing team.
• Present product and technical information to customers.
