Watlow is seeking a seasoned Sales Senior Engineer based remotely out of Kuala Lumpur to drive advanced sales in thermal solutions. You will identify opportunities, apply product knowledge, and build strategic customer accounts while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires a strong hunter mentality, 8+ years of direct sales experience in relevant sectors, and willingness to travel within Malaysia and Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win sales opportunities to realize strategic objectives within Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Provide product and application knowledge for customers and other sales team members.
• Mentor and lead others in sales processes and strategies.
