Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an ambitious Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth across heat exchanger and HVAC product lines. You will manage the full sales cycle for technical equipment, provide solutions design and engineering support.

You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and expand relationships with existing accounts while representing the company at client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ability to present, promote, and close technical or industrial products.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong client-focused mindset.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for client consultations and site visits.
• Strong analytical skills to translate technical specifications into compelling customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Product Sales: Manage the full sales cycle for technical HVAC equipment and heat exchanger systems to achieve targeted revenue goals.
• Pipeline & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while expanding long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Technical Consultation: Offer expert product guidance, solution design, and technical support to clients, ensuring solutions align with their operational needs.
• Account Management: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing timely assistance, contract negotiations, and post-sale support.
• Market Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and client sites to promote solutions and stay informed on competitive market trends.
