Job summary

Visual Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a software developer to design, build, and maintain large-scale HRMS and payroll systems in a hybrid Malaysia-based setup. You will work with .NET technologies, REST APIs, and SQL Server, delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, and continuously improve system performance and code quality. Prior experience with HRMS or enterprise apps is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.

This position is open in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Johor Bahru (JB), and Penang (PG).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, OOP, SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.
• Experience with Git, Agile Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services is an added advantage.
• Experience in HRMS, Payroll or enterprise business applications is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and deliver quality solutions within project timelines.
