Job summary

Visual Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a software developer to design, build, and maintain large-scale HRMS and payroll systems in a hybrid Malaysia-based setup. You will work with .NET technologies, REST APIs, and SQL Server, delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, and continuously improve system performance and code quality. Prior experience with HRMS or enterprise apps is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance enterprise HRMS, Payroll, ESS and HRSS applications.
• Design, develop, test, debug and deploy scalable web applications using .NET and C#.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Enhance existing HRMS modules based on business and customer requirements.
• Optimize SQL Server database performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Consultants and QC Engineers throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews and technical discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices.
• Research and recommend suitable technologies to improve system performance and maintainability.
