Job summary

Oxydata Software in Malaysia is seeking an Application Consultant (HRMS) to implement, configure, and support HRMS solutions for retail clients, ensuring alignment with business needs.

You will gather requirements, demonstrate the system, train users, support UAT, and coordinate with internal teams on enhancements. Onsite in Petaling Jaya, five days a week, permanent role for 1–3 years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years in full-cycle web application development or implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft software.
• Strong IT processes, workflows, and logical flow.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, end users, and technical teams.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, five days per week.
