Job summary

Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Support Specialist to assist the Hong Kong market. You will remotely support clients, troubleshoot software issues, and configure systems to ensure smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma and 1–2 years in IT support or helpdesk, with fluency in Cantonese, Chinese and English (Traditional Chinese). Fresh graduates encouraged to apply, based in Kuala Lumpur with standard working hours.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for Hong Kong clients handling remote support requests.

• Remotely access customer workstations/servers for troubleshooting.
• Meet individual and team KPIs and participate in pre-implementation discussions.

Software Support Specialist (support Hong Kong market)

We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Software Support Specialist which in charge to remote support all Hong Kong client’s inquiries referring to Cloud HRMS software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company’s production progress.

Main Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for Hong Kong clients, handling remote support request and system-related questions over the phone, email, ticketing system.

Resolve client’s technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for software issues.

Remotely connected to customer workstations or servers to troubleshoot software-related issues.

Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures.

Perform data migration works and conduct product training to end user, when necessary.

Involve in ad-hoc project and pre-implementation discussions.

Main Requirements:

Candidate must possess Diploma with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Customer Service is preferred.

Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese and English (verbal & written in Traditional Chinese).

Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.

A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
