Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks an experienced SME Relationship Manager to actively lead the management of a portfolio of existing SME business customers, deepen relationships, and onboard new clients in line with Balance Sheet and P&L objectives.

You will conduct profitability analysis, prepare credit proposals, and collaborate with product teams to drive cross-sell while ensuring KYC and due diligence during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must manage a portfolio of SME customers with a focus on profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of a portfolio of SME customers and deepen relationships.

• Serve as primary contact for credit, deposits and banking services.
• Develop new business opportunities while ensuring KYC compliance during onboarding.
• Monitor asset quality and initiate actions for restructuring or recovery when needed.
