Job summary

Maybank in Malaysia is seeking an SME Banking professional to source new SME customers and grow our loan portfolio with exposure up to RM20m. You will promote SME products, perform KYC and credit analysis, and drive revenue through cross-selling insurance and commercial cards. Regular customer visits and strong stakeholder relationships are essential.

Qualifications

KYC and due diligence

Responsibilities

Sourcing for new SME customers under SME segment for loan exposure up to RM20m
Grow the SME portfolio (exposure up to RM20m) in SME Banking to drive sector revenue
Promote SME products and build rapport with customers, branches and stakeholders
Drive fee-based income from cross-selling Insurance and Commercial Cards
Conduct KYC and due diligence on market and credit analysis
Ensure quality processing of loan applications within specified Turnaround Time
Foster positive customer relationships and conduct regular customer visits
Engage with local communities to strengthen relationships in the area
