Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in Sales within Financial Services (e.g., insurance, unit trust), preferably at the Senior Executive level
• Excellent communication skills in English and BM; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Proven ability to write compelling credit proposals in English
• In‑depth knowledge of banking products and services, with strong interpersonal skills to engage across all levels
• Highly motivated, sales driven and willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Drive the marketing, solicitation, and retention of business deposits at branches
• Engage in cross-selling a range of bank products and services to SME clients
• Contribute to dynamic marketing campaigns to promote products and services
• Maximize customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency
• Cultivate and nurture long‑term relationships with Business Deposits clients
• Generate leads and referrals for other sales teams or departments
