Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad is seeking an experienced SME Relationship Manager to drive marketing, solicitation and retention of business deposits at branches in Kuala Lumpur. You will actively cross-sell loans, wealth solutions, deposits and cards, and contribute to dynamic campaigns to promote offerings.

The role requires strong sales in financial services, excellent communication in English and BM, and willingness to travel for client engagement across SME segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience in financial services.
• Excellent English and BM communication; additional language helpful.
• Ability to write compelling credit proposals in English.
• Solid knowledge of banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing, solicitation and retention of SME business deposits at branches.
• Engage in cross-selling loans, wealth solutions, deposits and cards.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Generate leads and referrals for other sales teams and departments.
• Build long-term relationships with SME deposits clients; willing to travel.
