Job summary

The role coordinates with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers; monitors progress, manpower, and productivity; conducts site inspections for quality and safety; addresses defects promptly; and prepares progress reports for project management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of building drawings, specifications and schedules.

• Monitor daily work progress, manpower allocation, and productivity to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Coordinate closely with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities
• Attend and participate in site meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing site-related issues
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards and project specifications
• Identify construction defects or non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential delays or risks affecting project timelines
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for submission to project management
