Job summary

LPB Construction Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring works align with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules, while guiding a team of site supervisors and workers.

The role coordinates with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers; monitors progress, manpower, and productivity; conducts site inspections for quality and safety; addresses defects promptly; and prepares progress reports for project management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of building drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and enforce safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities on site and ensure compliance with drawings and schedules.
• Lead site supervisors and workers to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor progress, manpower allocation and productivity to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
• Identify defects or non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
