Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including labour scheduling, task allocation, and progress monitoring
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site at all times
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with project specifications and standards
• Manage communication between the site team and project management, providing regular progress updates and reporting any issues or delays
• Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, safety reports, material logs, and daily progress documentation
• Monitor and control material usage, equipment maintenance, and site resources to minimise waste and optimise efficiency
• Resolve on-site conflicts and manage performance issues with crew members professionally and promptly
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure all workers understand site protocols and procedures
• Coordinate with subcontractors and external parties to ensure seamless project workflow
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and safety outcomes

About the role

BRAMA IMPRESA DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on our construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Supervisor, you will be the key liaison between management and the on-site workforce, responsible for maintaining safety standards, quality control, and efficient project execution. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on significant construction projects whilst developing your leadership and technical expertise within a dynamic and growing organisation.

What we're looking for

• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and practices
• Competency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with site management software (desirable)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different sites within Selangor
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, Site Supervision qualifications, or equivalent construction management credentials (preferred).
