Job summary

IJM Land Berhad is seeking a Sales Administration professional to support under-construction and completed project sales. You will manage SPA, billing, reminders, loan updates, and liaise with purchasers, solicitors and financiers on loan documentation and payments.

The role also covers sub-sale, auction, refinance and title transfers. Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in a similar capacity preferred.
• Familiarity with sales administration, IFCA system, and MS Office is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales administration for under construction and completed projects.
• Manage SPA, billing, reminders, loan updates and related correspondence.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financiers and stakeholders on loan docs and payments.
• Handle sub-sale, auction, refinance and transfer of title.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Maintain accurate project records and up-to-date IFCA postings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
