Job summary

Businesslist is recruiting for a Lead Sales Administration expert in Kuala Lumpur to manage end-to-end sales administration for property development projects. You will oversee SPA processing, loan documents, billing and collections, and post-sales service, while guiding a team and aligning with banks, solicitors, and purchasers.

The role requires a degree in a related field and proven experience in property development sales administration, with strong stakeholder management and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline as stated.
• Proven experience in Sales Administration within property development.
• Strong understanding of property sales processes, SPA docs, loan procedures, and billing/collections.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Excellent stakeholder management with banks, solicitors and purchasers.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and property sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales administration for property development projects.
• Oversee SPA processing, loan documentation, billing, collections, handover and post-sales.
• Liaise with purchasers, banks, solicitors and internal stakeholders for smooth journeys.
• Monitor sales progress, and prepare reports ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
• Lead and develop the Sales Administration team and drive process improvements.
• Support implementation of internal controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
