Job summary

Zohorecruit in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Administration professional to manage end-to-end SPA and loan documentation, maintain purchaser data, and coordinate with buyers, solicitors, financiers and internal teams.

You will oversee signing processes, billings, and financial undertakings, ensure compliance with SOPs, and support licences, permits and promotional activities for property developments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business-related field required.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales or credit administration and conveyancing.
• Familiar with sales administration processes and property systems such as IFCA.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales administration documents (SPA, loan docs, billings).
• Maintain purchaser information and collections in the property system per SOPs.
• Coordinate with sales teams, buyers, solicitors, financiers and internal departments.
• Oversee signing of SPA and loan documents and issue undertakings to financiers.
• Process SPA execution, reminders, and billings; review financier paperwork.
• Monitor progressive billings, send reminders, and manage loan documentation.
• Assist with licences, permits, promotions, EF submissions, APDL, pricing updates.
• Support project launches and related promotional or sales events.
